1. Use Heat
Apply heat by gently rubbing your lower abdomen. Do this for a few minutes. Alternatively, fill a hot water bottle with previously boiled water and place it directly on your lower abdomen or wrap it in a cloth.
2. Regular Exercise
Engaging in regular exercises, such as a 10 to 15-minute home workout, can be beneficial. You don't necessarily have to go to the gym.
3. Diet
Reduce sugary foods and avoid drinks that make a 'kpissh!' sound when opened. Consume more meat, eggs, and fish. Don't forget to stay hydrated with water.
4. Use Medication
It is recommended to let the body heal itself for normal pain. If the pain is severe, consider using pain relievers such as Panadol, Proxican, Ibuprofen, or diclofenac.
